Please keep on visiting the University Website on regular basis for any update regarding Convocation.
Application for Attending the Convocation and Receiving Degree scrolls therein
A.
Recipients of Doctoral degrees
Will have to submit online application after depositing Rs. 500/- [Convocation fee].
Mode of Online Application and Payment of Fees:
Following the instructions, login to the system and check your data.
Deposit the requisite fees (positively with in
13/12/2025
) online using
Debit/Credit card or NetBanking
through
SBI I-Collect System
and print the payment receipt from SBI website.
Submit
online application
mentioning the
SBCollect Ref. No.
received from
SBI website
along with other details.
No online Application can be submitted after
15/12/2025
and last date of depositing fees is

B.
Recipients of Non-Doctoral degrees (Only for JU Students)
THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE DEGREES FROM THE AFFILIATED INSTITUTION OR FROM THE INSTITUTIONS WHOSE COURSES ARE AFFILIATED TO JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY DURING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PERIOD (6TH DECEMBER 2024- 5TH DECEMBER, 2025) ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO BE IN TOUCH WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE INSTITUTION TO RECEIVE THE DEGREE CERTIFICATE. HENCE, THE CANDIDATES DO NOT NEED TO APPLY ONLINE TO JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY PORTAL FOR RECEIVING THE SAME IN THE UNIVERSITY CONVOCATION OF JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY TO BE HELD ON 24TH DECEMBER, 2025.
Will have to submit only online application and no additional fees need to be paid.

Collection of University Robes
Delivery of degree scrolls on the date of Convocation will strictly to be made in the event of submission of online application within the stipulated date (14/12/2025) ONLY .
C.
Recipients of Medals
List of Medal Awardees will be made available at the University website on 16/12/2025. However, the awardees should have to apply online (on or before 14/12/2025) for attending the Convocation as mentioned in part B.
In case of non receipt of the letter from the office of the Registrar regarding Medals, please contact the office of the Controller of Examination.
